411 Pain at Ybor City in Tampa FL for the Annual Flan Festival

You can be a part of the search for the "Best Flan in Tampa Bay!"
Sample traditional and not-so-traditional flavors of flan during this sweet festival.
This FREE event will take place from 11:00am until 4:00pm during the weekly Saturday Ybor Market.
The “Flan Fest” will feature nearly fifty competitors that will take part in a “Flan Contest” to secure the award for the “Best Flan in Tampa”. The 411 PAIN actor from the billboard and TV commercials with be a guest judge at the Flan Fest Cook-Off Contest.
The festival will also include a Flan Eating Contest as well as a Flan Walk, similar to a “Cake Walk”.
While you are there stop by the 411 PAIN tent and receive a complimentary Emergency Roadside Bag.
We will be looking for people that have 1-800-411-PAIN programmed on their cell phone contact list as 'Accident' or '411 PAIN' for a chance to win one of many $100 American Express gift cards.
